Messaging issue on patreon
Added 2019-03-29 19:43:03 +0000 UTCHi guys, just an FYI - there seems to be a messaging issue on Patreon. Today I received a bunch of messages from various subscribers that hadn't come through from up to a month ago. As a result, I would strongly advise messaging me on my patreon instagram @pheejameson.patreon if you would like to get hold of me. I always check my messages there and it seems to be a lot more reliable than patreon.
This has really annoyed me because you guys should be able to message me freely and vice versa, and I'm angry that Patreon's issues have prevented me from seeing messages from you all, which also from a professional standpoint could have cost me business and customers. I shouldn't constantly have to constantly battle with the platform's issues to make it work for me, but I guess I do. (I know that patreon staff monitor posts on the site, so yes, this is a not so subtle dig. Sort it out, Patreon!)
