I'd love to see a small elf possessing a woman through an orifice. :p Given 3 panels: 1) elf's hand already inside the surprised victim. Next to her is a trash can with a Santa hat on the edge. 2) elf is 80-90% inside, host is struggling and losing 3) possessed woman makes a sexy pose, grinning, both hands putting on the Santa hat which is now on her head. (The Santa hat thing is optional.)

Interesting idea, though that will be pretty hard to convey in just a few panels. Could start with Claus outside the window and use dialogue to explain the rest, hmm

Santa’s been enjoying the cookies and milk at Ms. Coalmans house a little too much. Mrs. Claus (a more elder woman than, Ms. Coalman) goes to check on them, arriving just as Santa’s sleigh is leaving. Mrs. Claus, noticing Ms. Coalman naked in her bed with a condom and some lube on the ground the signs are obvious. Mrs. Cluas, with an evil grin, then proceeds to climb in bed and possess Mrs. Coalman through her very body (think Tomb of Quetesh). Mrs. Coalman awakes immediately, too late to control the changes slowly taking over her, the heat slowly taking over her, her hands groping at the changing flesh beneath them before it’s too late. Ms. Coalman has become a much younger, much tastier Mrs. Claus with a big surprise for him when she gets back to the north pole. Transition can be some ass expansion, breast expansion, legs expansion, race change if it fancies you. Have her dressed in sexy Santa clothes.

What about a woman going shopping finds a cute little necklace/collar with a bell on it and slips it on to try it out and she turns into a reindeer lady? Or a college girl eating a cookie shaped and decorated like an elf and she becomes an elf? Or two girls are celebrating and stand under a mistletoe but they didnt kiss so as punishment they become elves?

Are you saying that Mrs Claus possesses the slutty woman herself? Or are you saying she has a separate entity called the "Christmas Spirit" possess the slutty woman, so she can have a 3some (Mrs Claus, Santa, and the possessed woman)

I like the idea. But if you’re going to do possession I was suggest like a four panel one page. That way you can have a beginning, end in the middle
