Added 2025-08-11 20:19:09 +0000 UTCThis is another way to treat your shower as a spiritual bath. Play cleansing frequencies (can be found on YouTube) while you shower and speak to the water ask for cleansing, healing, grounding and give thanks.
After your shower wear light colored clothing and step outside to meditate ๐ง๐พโโ๏ธ until you receive donโt expect anything just be present !
