Chapter 25 delay

A chapter will go up on Royal Road today, and I'll be posting chapter 25 here tomorrow (within the next 24-ish hours) instead.
Sorry for the delay! By next week I should be able to start a buffer-backlog so this doesn't happen again/happens rarely.
