announcement - changes to tiers

this is an announcement advising of changes made to the patreon tiers and some adjustments that will hopefully be better for you guys

first announcement is that i will be removing the monthly votes for the sketch packs. patreons will still get monthly sketch packs but the voting system will no longer be there. i had originally initiated it to figure out the kind of content that you guys wanted to see in the packs by adding polls for themes you guys might want, but it wasent as successful as i had hoped since it was really a clunky way to get feedback, for that im sorry and going forward will produce sketch packs in a more organic way, im still open to feed back for things you like to see so please dont hesitate to let me know.

second i will be adjusting the stream tiers, instead of 2 patreon only streams a month, each patron will get a 1 on 1 stream for their teir, which can be made open or private depending on preference. this decision was made due to an ongoing issue with timezones that meant some patrons missed out. this also allows for more streams to be broadcast in a month, something ive been meaning to do for a long time. also ive attempted to make the wording for the banking system more clear and added some extra rewards to the Platinum tier (patons can now get 2 line art characters or 1 basic colour per month, up to a maximum or 6 characters or complexity equivalent (meaning, a character that is considered a complex design like say, a gundam, xenomorph, ect may be considered to be worth 2 banks. this will be up for discussion between me and the patron)

one last thing, I'm always happy for patrons to communicate and banter, but i ask that on the discord to please keep things civil, as some of the users have advised me of some events that have been less than enjoyable. im still getting the hang of running a discord server so please bare with me during this time
