CLS is a lighting overhaul mod designed to add festive and neon effects around the world of GTA V. The goal is not realism, but to enhance the lighting and visuals with unique effects. This mod adds a vibrant and glowing atmosphere, especially around streetlights, vegetation, and other environmental features.

Features of CLS 2.0:

Modified Streetlights: 

• All streetlights are enhanced to bring a unique, bright glow to the world. New lighting techniques are used to create a lively and vibrant environment.

HDSHS (High Dynamic Shadows): 

• A new, high-quality shadow that enhances lighting systems across the map. It makes shadows more dynamic, realistic, and smooth.

HDVRL (High Dynamic Volumetric Range Lighting Technique):

•  An improvement to the volumetric lighting system, making the lights shine more intensely and interact with the environment in stunning ways. However, note that this feature may cause significant FPS drops on lower-end systems.

Vegetation Enhancement: 

• All vegetation, such as flowers, trees, and plants, are modified to have neon effects, glowing in vibrant colors for a magical, festive look.

Railway Electric Lines:

•  The mod also enhances the electric railway lines, adding new lights and applying the HDVRL effect to these elements as well.

Freeway Streetlights:

•  Streetlights on freeways are upgraded with the latest lighting techniques, adding extra vibrancy and atmosphere to highways.

Performance Considerations:

•  Due to the high-quality techniques like HDSHS and HDVRL, users with lower-end PCs may experience FPS drops. Higher-end systems are recommended for optimal performance.

Known Issues:

• Some streetlights might not be fully compatible with the HDSHS technique, but this will be addressed in future updates.

• The HDVRL technique can lead to significant FPS drops, so users with lower-end specifications should proceed with caution
