This mod adds moths, dust motes, and other ambient effects under streetlights to enhance night lighting. I created all of these effects myself to bring a more atmospheric feel to your game.

How to Install:
Open OpenIV and go into Edit Mode.
Locate the OIV package installer for this mod and install it.
