December update 3
Added 2020-12-27 12:36:11 +0000 UTCI wasn't planning to post another update until the new year. However, in light of recent events, I feel compelled to post this. I'm going to try my damnedest to keep this as apolitical as possible; as I'm typing this, the lives of millions in my country that were already made difficult by the pandemic and subsequent loss of employment have now been made even harder hours ago.
I'm not going to go off on an extended rant/speech/whatever with regards to this news - so I'm just going to do this.

Probably the US. The President didn't sign a bill in time to protect unemployment benefits, causing them to lapse. He signed it today, but those benefits will lapse for awhile, anyway, while the system essentially reboots.
