Here's my suggestion. Loona has recently started dating Bee, and is nervous about sharing her Kinks with her, even though it's rather blatantly obvious what she likes, and Bee is more than happy to indulge her. Bee then ties her up, blindfolds her, strips her, covers her breast and feet in honey, tickle licks them clean and then worships Loona's feet. Loona then returns the favor by doing exactly what Bee did to here to show her appreciation.

It by the end of their session she has forgotten all about tex and loves Queen bee. As for how she tickles loona. Put her telekrmesus to use to restrain loona and use her 4 hands to start tickling and pleasuring and for the finisher she could grow bigger and use her large tongue. It ends with queen bee asking for another 7 hours. And loona is super flustered.
