I actually started working on something else last week. Even though I completed the shading part of the painting. It still didn't feel quite right. It felt monotonous to me.
I might go back to it some other day but for now, it'll have to wait. I just feel like I was wasting my time as I felt I wouldn't be doing justice to you by delivering output that I know will just be subpar. Call it artistic intuition.
Also the last week was pretty crazy. Had some back to back family gatherings and some events that needed my personal attention. Plus I was a bit "distracted". Just couldn't get myself to focus to work. Last week was just one of those days where no matter what I did I just could not get myself to be productive. But this week will be different I just know it.
