2022-06-23 15:50:50 +0000 UTCAlso some of the fanchant roll calls happen in the middle or beginning- it’s mainly dictated by when there is long enough break to shout all the names. So for example Sherlock’s is in the intro bc it’s a long instrumental but for Everybody it’s towards the end.

I definitely get where are coming from with Onew. I know nothing about singing but early in their career his voice used to crack a lot and I imagine it probably had something to do with what he ended up having to get vocal surgery for. He’s talked about how after the surgery he had to completely retrain his vocal techniques but ultimately he felt that after the surgery his voice became ‘more his own.’

It starts evening out a bit more during this era and the next. Esp for bsides. I think in that regard, minho getting more lines in the song is part of shinee's formula of having the rap part come later in the song.

The thing about onew's voice you actually brought to my attention nc I def heard it with taemin but now I can hear it more for onew's parts.
