SHINee is Taemin & 5 Taeminits

I think, like any group of people, they have different relationships with each person in the group. Like, Key bickers with both Taemin and Minho a lot, but with Taemin, it's almost like a sibling relationship, but they're both convinced they have the other wrapped around their finger (and Taemin definitely gives as good as he gets) but with Minho, it's more like they can't stand each other sometimes but there's so much love and respect there, for each other and for what they do, that there's no way they'll separate at this point. And that's just, like, a very simple reading of only those two relationships by a fan, there's a lot more that people who've known them longer could say, or that nobody but them knows. This video is a really good example of one of the commonalities between them though--they all dote on Taemin in their own way. Who he is as an artist and probably as a person is directly influenced by them. Especially Jonghyun, who is very thoughtful and has lots of ideas about things like self-expression and identity.

All the members love each other equally but in different ways. They all treat Taemin as their little baby and another thing that they share is that all of the members are soft af for Onew. Sometimes u would see the members roast each other but they wouldn't say anything about Onew lol. I remeber Onew once cried in a concert after he had surgery and as soon as he cried Jonghyun face crumbled and cried with him which was so cute. As it seems to me SHINee is the group where each member is almost equally close to the other. Minkey had differences before debut but even they are now best of friends. They all love each other so much and relationship of every teo members is so unique and has such beautiful dynamics, they fill my heart with happiness

SHINee has a different relationship when you take any pair, they all have unique ways of interacting with each other and it's really interesting to note when you get to know them more. I am honestly not sure who is closest with who, it feels more like they just have different ways of expressing affection and grew to adapt and understand each other "love language". I would be ok either way with upload on yt or not, but it is your work so it's up to you how and when you want to upload on yt :) ik a lot of ppl def wanna see this vid but whether they get to see it or not is up to u :P

YAY I love this! SHINee really has such a touching bond and it goes both ways. When you see Taemin on his own or with SuperM he is much more stable and a lot more responsible. Not that he is ever unprofessional, but with SHINee members because he knows they will handle things he is super carefree (flashes back to the kitchen smoke alarm beeping and taemin continues gaming as if nothing was happening while the others rush to the kitchen hahaha)

If you want to see a cute switch up of the regular Taemin/Taemint relationship, there’s some wonderful content after Onew’s discharge with Taemin taking on a more doting side. It’s up on their channel - the Season Greetings Behind the Scenes is the best one (in my opinion). I agree with the other commentators that they all seem closely knit. When I first got into SHINee I felt that Key and Minho were the closest, but then I watched all of the V-Lives Key did with Taemin… they are so sweet. And Minho is a complete sweetheart to absolutely everyone.

I understand that many people can’t afford Patreon, but it’s disappointing when I see people begging you to put your hard work on YouTube for free. If people can afford it, they should be paying extra money to see your content. As your patron, I’m not mad if you post something originally meant for us to Youtube. You should do what feels right for you. I suppose I worry that if you do it once, people will expect you to keep giving in. You know what I mean?

Ah I love seeing them all together like this, it’s so heartwarming. You can see the difference when Taemin is doing solo and SuperM stuff- he is just so happy when he’s with his SHINee brothers. Another similar video but with a bit more about their relationships is “how SHINee loves Taemin” by Walawala. They also have one called “SHINee teamwork on stage” which is really good.

Oof your end question is tough! I feel like they’re all very close in different ways. I mean they all love Taemin to bits but in different ways for example. Minho loves spoiling him and treats him like a baby and will ask him to sit on his lap and stuff. Kibum and Taemin like doing VLives and stuff together and bicker with each other a lot, back when they shared a dorm, Key would get up early to make breakfast for Taemin before he had to go to school. Jinki really likes supporting Taemin and will try and show up for him whenever he can - he went to his Beyond Live to support him for example. I would say that goes for all of their relationships, they’re all close in different ways. Jonghyun’s love for Taemin was special though. He was definitely the Taemin Fanclub president. Minho meanwhile is just the biggest fan of literally all the Shinee members. He goes to all their concerts and shows and will always know when their shows are airing. He’s such a sweetheart. Part of the reason I love SHINee so much in the first place is because they’re such a tight knit group. They really love each other and it comes through in every interview and show and it’s just so special. I have to stop now, I could gush about them all for days^^
