2021-10-21 06:06:24 +0000 UTCI think some of it is that although he makes bad decisions, he always manage to get through either through other people or luck, so he hasn't learnt consequences or foresight. He thinks he can take them on and it will somehow be ok.

Like that whole work protest thing he had years ago where one of his friend/coworker died? It's similar with this in that he has the "fight the power" kind of mindset. He can't let injustice like that go, even if it ruined his marriage and relationship with his family then. So just like that, here he could've gotten on that plane and reconnect with his daughter in the US... but he just couldn't let what happened in the games go. Or even what was going to happen soon go. Also didn't help when the Frontman literally said to "just get on that plane" lol. Maybe, just maybe he would've gotten on that plane but you just had to let him know he was being watched 😂😂
