Commission week: WIP Update - Fully Anim!

I will keep posting the WIP until its' done. Expect some daily update notification XD.

Hiya! I'll be working in this 2D animation commission this week. It's a Kovy xtremefox's character falling into a frozen lake and become an ice cube. More details about last year 2D animation commission here.

2021/10/13 - Finished!

2021/10/10 - Environment design and color assets are done

Time to combine them together!

2021/10/09 - Final Part is Done

I did it! 7 Second per day woohoo! Coloring time!

2021/10/08 - Another 7 Second is Done

Lots of effects in the post to cover some part that I skipped not to draw XD

I made him walk like that just for fun factor XD Body moving with stablelize head <3

2021/10/06 - Clean Up Keys

All keys drawing are done. The rest is just draw the inbetween on each drawing. The whole short is 22 second long so I will do at least 7 second a day <3

2021/10/05 - Rough Details Keys

The idea is just a character become an ice cube. But for the sake of being me I have to add the story into it haha *sobs

A quick paint character study and design for the animation. See the details is less and the shape is easy to draw.

The idea like Daffy Duck in Duck Amuck film. The character is not aware of the environment (canvas) around him and suddenly found himself standing on a slippery iced lake and fall into it.

Once the rough is done, I then do the details rough for keys drawing only. This is for faster factor and saving an energy. Since I already draw a rough movement for the inbetween already, I can just doing the clean up for the keys and then draw it straight ahead for the rest.

Clean up tomorrow!
