A lot of people have been asking me for a non crack, serious Harry Potter fan fiction in the style of Curse these old bones. I want to play around a bit with different options, and I’m currently thinking about different scenarios. So please vote up to 3 persons only for which Self Insert you would want.
Also, I had a notification that someone among my Patreon flagged chapter 27 of CurseTOB as « too sexual », can you still have access to it ?

Moody, Dumbledore, heck a Harry potter himself written by you would even be good. Sure there’s TONS of them, but your serious writing is very enjoyable and could do it well. Your crack stuff seems to start pulling in too many sources and kinda becomes a mess (looking at the Dionysus SI story) which is sad because I like the idea of them.

2025-03-18 16:48:28 +0000 UTCHaving Fudge as a politician who truly wants to keep the magical world together (as both sides feel crazy) would be great, and in the same idea- Zechariah smith, a student who doesn’t want to care about good or evil, just magic. Having Umbridge as a professor who truly want to help students and improve the school would also be great, especially as she keeps getting misunderstood about the right choices she does. (Firing professors who can’t do their job right? Hagrid is so nice, she’s evil! Not letting politics interfere in her teaching- she’s pro-Voldemort!) meanwhile she truly can’t give a fuck because she dealt with Dumbledore for 20 years in the ministry and knows he’s almost as bad as the other side in some ways. (He might not go around milling people, but he helped setting those people free)

Lockhart is famous enough to get the ball rolling, a Ravenclaw so he supposedly has the mind for grand schemes, and the entertainment valve of having this peacock start the magical renaissance is too good to pass up!
