Explicit Version of Saw 4 Kill Count

Seriously don't know what I'm going to do if these uploads for the general public stay stuck with a yellow dollar sign here.
But in the meantime, enjoy the bloodiest Saw yet! That autopsy scene is a doozy. Thanks so much for your support and once again, I'm sorry it had to come to this!
