Hi Gage - the way this Patreon is set up now is that whenever you pledge or increase your pledge, that amount gets taken out immediately. And then on the first of every month, the same amount is taken out. I believe they try to make that clear when you're signing up or increasing your pledge, but it's possible you missed it. In other words, the best way to increase your pledge if you don't want to pay twice in a short period of time is to wait until a new month begins. I'll message you to work something out, though, since it sounds like you weren't aware that was going to happen.

2018-09-02 08:05:36 +0000 UTCI just recently pledged 50 dollars here and it’s not a big deal or anything but that was like a little over a week ago. And it just took out another 50 so I’m 100 dollars deep in this 2 or so weeks in? Again it’s not a big deal but is there a reason why?
