Is it really an open world when you are being directed areas that cannot easily be gotten if at all, 'Find Debbie' I find the Town Hall with a bit of running, but there is no way inside, not even through the ajar door. Secondly, lady on the street wanted you to show her the beach. The only route to the beach I could find was jumping off a cliff. Found the Beach, but there is no way home now...
