Hey there!
Thanks to your comments and personal messages, I've been given the motivation to push through to the finish line.
To those of you who I haven't replied to yet, I promise to get back to you as soon as possible.

Here's what's been completed or will be available in the next update:

New hairstyles! (added)
Correct level shutdown!
Customizable hair color (in development)
New gameplay elements available in all rooms! (currently 4 out of 5 are complete)
Terminal has been redesigned with a new, easy-to-understand system of indicators based on your suggestions. (in development)
New idle animations!
Smooth/teleport movement options for VR characters!
Ability to rotate VR characters restored!
Wall decals have been fixed!
Seamless level transitions for PC version added!
Machine behavior has been improved when double penetrated
Motors have been added to ToyBox stores in all rooms
And at your request, the girl now instantly teleports to the starting point at the beginning of each level, so there's no more waiting around (if you don't like this change, please let me know in the comments and I'll see what else I can do).

I think we've accomplished enough to call next version 0.9.4.
I've checked every piece of code and tested every action to ensure everything is working correctly.
It might take me another two weeks to finish everything and ensure the ToyBoxes is operating smoothly, but after that, version 0.9.4 will be available.
Playable machines and the main part of the game will be introduced in version 0.9.5.

I'd love to give you a release date, but I'm afraid of disappointing you again. Just know that it's very, very close.
