Really loving the start to tome two so far! IRO has a unique flavor that I haven't seen anywhere else. I'm a big fan of the tone shifts (like between chapter 0 and 1), where it goes from a Magic the Gathering-esque deep lore and serious fantasy, to a comical "Cinder banging a sex starved maeryll on the beach" scene. You're a great story teller, and really have a knack for keeping the reader hooked. Looking forward to the next chapters 😀

it borrows a part of its chorus from Dead Man's Chest, from the novel Treasure Island. If you've read it you can probably tell Altona's partly riffing on Long John Silver. And of course, there is meaning in everything!

Yosh ! Great to see Cinder and Maeryll back on action ^^ The chapters 0 to 4 are great, funny and in the same time very majestic :) I really like the chapter with Orca (especially the page where they salute Orca at the end) and the surprise in it ^^ And about the song The Watcher's Hand, have you been inspired by a real shanty ? Wondering if this song, as some nursery rhymes, is supposed to have a secret meaning or not ? :D
