LOVESYCK News
Added 2017-01-17 16:55:56 +0000 UTCHello everybody! So many of you have asked me about and expressed love for LOVESYCK and it's got me ruminating hard. Here's a copy of an announcement I just made over on my LOVESYCK Patreon , which I'm kicking into action:
"Lovesyck looks dead but it is NOT DEAD. I probably won't be updating the comic anytime soon, but there are two other kinda big projects concerning it in the works. The one I can talk about is a 12ish-song concept album that I'm writing and hope to release this time next year with animated videos (like Beyoncé's Lemonade, I guess); the one I CAN'T talk about is equally as interesting but also super embryonic and super confidential. The album in the works concerns Carver's past - the period of her life when she was a member of the Inquisition. Not sure if it will be released all at once or piecemeal - knowing me, I'll be too excited to wait until everything's done. I'll post updates on it as I go, even early Patreon-only samples and concept art if there's interest!
Oh yeah. The album's working title is BLOODBATH AT THE CRASH MAGNOLIA. [...]

To be clear, work-in-progress updates and concept art will be exclusive to the other Patreon, but the final product will be available online and free for all.
