New OCs Alert!! (Nova + Lux, Concept Art!)
Added 2022-03-22 03:22:39 +0000 UTCThis all started with me wanting to make a masked character but, with dedicated help of my beloved friend Peyton, one character turned into a whole plot concerning alien space pirates. Why can't things always go this well?
Nova is a human trying to climb up the ladder to become captain on a cargo ship and travel through galaxies. She's got lots of confidence and is used to fending for herself, but even the strongest wills can be tested as the only human female aboard a ship of aliens, especially one who isn't yet well-known to the ship's established crew.
Lux is the alien she has to share her living spaces with, but he seems to be alienated from the rest of the crew too despite clearly having worked on the same ship for some time. He never talks. They butt heads constantly. Nova swears she sees him sneak up his ever-present medical mask to take a bite out of the ship's selection of vermin.
Despite his strangeness, Nova gets curious about Lux and his past. There's definitely more to him than the rumors and shadows around him suggest and if anyone can figure him out, it's the beautifully stubborn Nova.
