"Animated" Video - 4th Update

Overall progress so far is around 60% for me, the last 40% is a steep hill to climb but I asked for this so I'll see things through as there is a .22 caliber pistol pointed at the back of my head.
Art/Drawings/Backgrounds - 90% of what needs to be drawn for the pier scene is done, will need one more run to check if I need to throw in anything else just to be sure as I still have notes lying around in Premiere.
Sound Effects - Most sound effects for this scene are good to go, will need to think if it needs background music or audio stingers (music word)
Voice lines - We can now begin recording voice lines while doing the other revisions above whether Anzei wants to or not, will probably redo the voices for the very first part as well due to me learning new mixing techniques. This is the last time I'm doing this as the video will never see the light of day if I keep this up.
Known issues - The second image is the first shot of the last scene, looks decent right? Wrong. I need to find a way to animate 2D waves to make it look like the ship is somewhat moving across water (the red line is clearly visible we can't have that). A job I've been dreading since I even thought of the finale a few months ago. Regardless of how needlessly difficult it may seem, it's not impossible compared to what else I have planned.
