Mild Directional Change

Hey everybody, first of all don't worry this isn't about Blood Shaper, nothing is changing there. This is about TT:E, the patreon exclusive story I've been working on with the goal of it being my next published series. I had a pretty bare bones talk with my publisher and other authros I respect, and the general consensus is that TT:E is a big enough tonal shift from Blood Shaper, plus some other considerations, which makes TT:E not the most pragmatic choice as my second series when I'm a newer author still trying to build my career.

So TT:E isn't going to be my next published series. I'll still be keeping it as a Patreon Exclusive for quite a bit longer, and I'll still be working on it, but the weekly dumps of chapters I planned on doing as i finish multiple chapters a week aren't going to happen. It's going to come down to one chapter a week posted whenever I get done with it that week instead, because I'm switching my main focus (for secondary projects) to the next Shattered Five Saga series.

For anyone who doesn't know The Shattered Five Saga is the loosely connected "universe" I've devised where each series follows one member of Kay's friend group on their own journeys after being thrown into brand new magical worlds. The people I spoke to all agreed that continuing that "over-series" is a more pragmatic choice for me to build my writing career, so I'm going with that. TT:E will still get published, just later when I'm more established and can take any potential monetary hits without flinching too much.

The next Shattered Five series will start going live on patreon once I'm around 1/5th of the way done with the first book, and when I'm about 50% done it'll go up on RR, all of this with the same posting scedule as Blood Shaper (maybe not the same days though). Once Book 6 of Blood Shaper is finished, the new project will be moved to the main project slot.

Thats it for my little update about my writing life! Oh, actually, I'm going to start moving to a new apartment next week, but I have loads of time to do the actual moving, so I'll be leaving my bed and computer for last, so there won't be any interruptions in the schedule.

TLDR: TT:E is moving to once a week instead of multiple in big dumps and a new project is taknig most of it's place in my head. That'll start being posted soonish once I have more of it. Nothing is changing with Blood Shaper.
