To be fair to India, I've seen many reactors overlook that aspect, and its easy to see why. So much is going on its easy to miss the small details like that.

Martin, the creator of GoT, said about watching this episode in his blog https://grrm.livejournal.com/337511.html You know you've made a great character if someone who made the Red Wedding, King Joffery, and all the horrible things in GoT considers your character evil, or worst than what is in GoT. FYI, when Walt telephoned Skyler he knew the police were listening, and he said the things he said in order to take the blame for everything, and to stop Skyler from being prosecuted for being his accomplice, which she cannot if he held her hostage.
