I really like the Conjuring series and the way the Warrens are portrayed in these movies. There are varying/controversial opinions about real life Ed & Lorraine, but the actors portraying them did a great job.

Sulfur is known as the ‘smell of hell’ and when you randomly smell it, it’s not ghosts or spirits, that’s something demonic. Something so fresh out of hell that it still smells like it. And you prolly already know this but Lorraine was a CRAZY powerful Clairvoyant (she can see, feel, and hear things) and her husband are, was the only man to be recognized by the Vatican as someone allowed to perform exorcisms without actually being a legitimate priest. So they literally were the best team. She could see the other side and had so much knowledge and Ed was the brains and power. He kept Lorraine safe cuz the shit she saw and went thru was really scary.

What their mom went thru (and is still dealing with) is the thing of nightmares. This stuff ain’t no joke. I like scary movies but I prefer the sci-fi, creature, scary movies. Demonology is a little to triggering for me. I grew up in a super religious house tho, so things like this are a little more scary to me. Especially that real doll. I have heard several stories of people who didn’t believe, so they fucked around with her and either their lives, their families lives were completely ruined or they flat out died. And the reason they have that collection? Is cuz they can’t destroy the conduits and relics they recover. It would make things worse as well as who better to protect and keep shit like that safe than ‘professionals.’ This stuff is wild and the rabbit hole goes deep. Rip Warrens. Thank you for everything you have done to protect and save people. Oh and Auntie, in the beginning, when they are watching the Annabelle interviews? The real Lorraine Warren is in the very front row. The director wanted her there to answer any questions and help with things. And there is no chucky doll; cuz chucky ain’t real lol
