Like most of the movie versions of his books, things get left out and it may be a little harder to make certain connections or fill in the blanks. Her strong emotions triggered her abilities. I think after everything happened, she felt bad about her mother (correct me if I’m wrong), but not at all about those at the prom. I wish it would have ended differently. Btw, in the 70s, it was like the Wild West as far as nudity in movies went. You never knew what to expect and there were so many unnecessary scenes showing skin that had nothing to do with the plot. The opening scene was uncomfortable lol. They could have gotten the point across without all the slow motion close ups of what was supposed to be high schoolers, but hey, that’s the 70s for ya.

Spanning from what color carrots are; to what exists in the deepest of the cosmos. They’re pretty rad and definitely smoke a bowl or do an edible. They’re wild. You’ll crash out.
