Added 2024-12-12 02:15:48 +0000 UTCSometimes prisoners of level 2 or lower are kept in minimal restraints in very highly monitored areas to do certain tasks or as a reward for good behavior in a special comfortable room for a limited time.
Cerise, while not rehabilitated enough to be downgraded to a level 1 prisoner, has shown good enough behavior to be rewarded with some freedom of movement.
