WIP: MAXIM Level 3 Uniform Redesign

I spoke about redesigning/updating some uniforms in the discord a bit ago, one of them being MAXIM's level 3 uniform!

Despite it's popularity, to me, the level 3 uniforms were always sorta too plain for me, at least for the context of it being a drastic jump from level 2 that most prisoners wouldn't want, the old level 3 unform pretty much just gave you a hobble skirt, which is nice! but I wanted it to be a lot more heavy duty looking.

The collar is now massive, the breastless top is now a revealing bodysuit with a legbinder attachment, the heels were raised to fully on ballet heels and now connect to the sole, and the worst of all: two piercings! i also imagine that a light leash can connect between the piercings. The crotch is also much more revealed as the uniforms getting more revealing is a good pattern.

All that along with a lot more padding across the board made this a fair improvement in my opinion, what do you guys think? ^^
