This next week will be all about outlining. I finished my reread of my old Zero Draft material and have an okay idea of the parts I want to keep and what I want to change. But during our livestream (linked above!) I'm hoping to really finalize those details and begin creating my Scrivener doc from Beginning to Middle. This part should be pretty quick, I hope, so that I can REALLY focus in on outlining from End to Middle, where I think things start getting trickier.
My brain is still a little foggy still from having just returned home from my trip, but look! I made a pumpkin!
Well, "I" made it. A professional glass blower let me blow to shape it a few times and then did the actual hard work bahaha. But now I have this cute little pumpkin! (Note the finished, blurry F1 race in the background -- my team won this morning, but it was very stressful bahaha.)
I hope to see y'all at the stream! (Taking place in, oooh, about 1.5 hours as of this posting bahaha.) I'll pop back in soon with our final Preptember stream and info about our shared tracking document. :)

2024-09-23 13:32:40 +0000 UTCI missed the Livestream but I did finish my mini project of making prompts for this challenge to share: https://ko-fi.com/i/IQ5Q713R3CJ The full prompts are longer and I tried to put together ones that could be fun or just help combat writing blocks by shifting perspectives. I only did 14 so they can be used to augment and support whatever projects everyone is working on. They'll post every Monday since there are 14 Tuesdays through the challenge.

2024-09-23 10:32:09 +0000 UTCThanks for the sprints today! I really feel like I worked out the pacing for my second act. I have a romance plot and a mystery plot and I was struggling to interweave the different elements, but I feel like I have a better handle on it after the two long sprints today.
