Some unexpected problems

So paypal asked me to verify my identity details, but even if they were completely ok (at least to me), after just five minutes after the verification process, I receive a notification, and a bright red banner, saying that my account has been indefinitely suspended.
I can't really tell why, but that's it. I'm afraid of using the support section, and I'm not sure if anyone like me ended up in the same situation (I don't mind getting some help if that's the case), but I'm really sad right now.
However, every commission and Patreon reward will be obviously done, no matter what ^^, so nothing changes in my schedule, besides finding a better way to receive payments.
Although I may have to switch platform for paid memberships if the situation persists
