Patchen: For the record, uh, Cheryl's mouth is wired so it's difficult to understand her at times. Um, she has two black eyes and complains of an injury to the ear, and she has a noticeable bruise on her left hand.
Thomas: [Mumble indiscernible]
Patchen: And her ears are bruised.
Thomas: My shoulder and my back of my head...
Patchen: Tell me about your keys that you lost, which keys they were and where you think you lost them or how you thought you lost them:?
Thomas: Well I lost the key to the back door, I couldn't find it, I misplaced it.
Patchen: How long ago was that?
Thomas: I guess it was that weekend I lost it.
Patchen: Which weekend?
Thomas: That weekend I got hurt.
Patchen: Before Saturday night?
Patchen: Do you know where you might have lost it?
Thomas: Well I, I didn't know where. I put it, it could have been somewhere in my house, didn't know, I just couldn't find it.
Patchen: How do you lock your back door, how does it lock, how do you lock it at night before you go to bed? Or how did you that night?
Thomas: I just keep it locked all the time but it’s just a bolt, little thing on the inside plus then I got a door knob, you push the door in and then turn it.
Patchen: Saturday night? Before you went to sleep? After your date.
Thomas: I certainly hope so.
