He dances around a lot in this part. He waists so much time explaining, hen re explaining, then explaining again that he could've spoken about a couple of victims. The thing that comes in mind for me is that how does Law Enforcement know when he's full of it versus when he's actually being truthful

2023-02-26 19:03:02 +0000 UTCThis is the clearest version of this audio I've ever heard. You can really make out Ted's southern accent affectation. I can't tell if it is done in a mocking way or in attempt to fit in with his surroundings and make himself seem more like "one of them."
