King County Police apparently hired a handwriting analyst ("graphoanalyst") to perform a personality analysis of Bundy's handwriting on his December 1973 unemployment claim paperwork. I've transcribed the handwritten portion below, and included the entire report as a PDF attachement.

Report of Claimant Interview- Bundy
“I wish to claim benefits for the weeks ending Nov 17, 73 thru Dec 15, 73. I made no report because I was under the impression I did not have a valid claim. I was available to work and would have reported if I had known I was eligible.”

Handwriting analyst notes:

—Shows distorted and sometimes unrealistic thinking concerning the past. He’s not sure of what he is (at the time of this sample). Maneuverability indicated in self promotional tactics; may insist in performing, contain off-beat methods in getting ahead. (Possibly it shows a distorted view or hatred for his father??- I don’t know about father figure!)

—Self deceit stroke- He ignores or will destroy facts. (Check trait list for comment).

—Intentional deceit stroke

—Shows secretiveness about himself- personal info.

—Frank and honest stroke (not many of them!)

*At first glance looks like intentional deceit- but when you really break it down it is secretive
