Letters from Prison, 1976

Several letters from Ted to Judge Stewart Hanson, who sentenced him to the 90-Day Diagnostic evaluation, then to prison in Utah. Ted's letters portray a spectrum of pleading, bargaining, sulking, and anger.

Comments

These letters read like a spurned ex-girlfriend - cringeworthy in so many ways. Was Ted ever able to write or speak succinctly, or make his point/answer a question without using a thousand extra words? If I'd been that judge, I would have been tempted to slap more time onto Ted's sentence just for being so annoying.
