Bundy is correct in all his arguments here which could serve to cast some doubt, but the jury thought otherwise. On appeal, the Florida Supreme Court agreed with petitioner's (Bundy's) arguments against the use of hypnotically refreshed testimony of Andy Anderson. A great find, thank you.
