Fairview Canyon, 2023

Ted Bundy accurately described Debra Kent's burial site as Fairview Canyon, a rural area about 2 hours' drive from Salt Lake City. A single patella, found in a wash in 1989 and DNA verified as Debra's in 2015, proved that Bundy was telling the truth about where he'd buried her. His verbal description allowed searchers to find that small piece of bone, although the rest of her remains are still somewhere in the canyon.

I visited the location last week and took a lot of pictures. I've captioned the photos with my comments and excerpts from his confession.

I'd love to see pics of that dump site as it stands today. I think it would give a bit of insight on his methods of disposing his victims

I didn't see this comment. I literally just asked if one could film and show the Taylor mountain site despite it being gated off; well the utility road is anyways. Is that area an area you can hike up and along, Film, Take pictures? Is it known exactly where the dump site is these days?

Amazing photos, thank you! I’m going to have to read through the confession again.

How funny, I was in the middle of mapping out a trip from my place to Ted's (known) Washington dumpsites when I got the email notification for this post. I can make it to the Issaquah site in just under 4 hours and the Taylor Mountain site isn't much further. I'll be making the drive soon.
