Also a list of phone calls to the governor's office overwhelmingly voicing support for the execution.

That is correct, no victims family members were present.

2024-01-22 18:22:19 +0000 UTCI think I remember one of the prison people saying in an interview that there weren't any victims' family members present at the execution, so I'm guessing this request wasn't granted.
