Poll - Aurelius University Mascot Follow Up

So, when I made the last poll, I thought I'd be able to add additional options once it was up. Turns out that's not how polls work on Patreon, so it's time for a follow up! I'm going to be listing all the options floated in the last poll, with brief descriptions of how the mascot would appear in-universe.

Angels - Pretty straightforward. Wings, halos, probably wearing a purple cloth tunic to match the colors of the university. Lots of great iconography for merch, but perhaps a bit on the nose.

Demons - Many schools have variations of devils and demons, this would appear in a similar fashion. A stylized demon with purple skin, small horns. Also good for school merch, yet also quite on the nose.

Pathfinders - Would channel the vibes of early American frontiersman and discovery. Think Davy Crockett, fur cap with a tail, that kind of thing.

Polar Bears - Many schools have simple animals as their mascot, so this would fit in very well! Perhaps not as relevant to the setting, but that's neither good nor bad.

Penguins - Same as above!

Avengers - Would appear more or less as an angel, but with a different connotation. "Angel" as a word has connotations of peace and tranquility, whereas "Avenger" could lean further into the aggression and retribution angle of the same idea. The main symbol would likely be a flaming sword.

Alicorns - A mystical creature that resembles a horse with wings and a single horn. Fits the fantasy vibes of the story!

Aurora - More abstract, the mascot would appear as a ribbon dancer, and the school would put a bigger emphasis on their Color Guard. It would represent that the students of Aurelius U. are stronger together, and a be a clever nod to the fact that the campus sits on a nexus between planes, as auroras are visual phenomena born from the collision of two celestial beings (Earth and Sun). It would also have more feminine connotations, which would fit the female focus of my setting. However, an aurora is not necessarily an aggressive idea, which is what many colleges prefer for their mascots.
