Okay who else got deafened by the music at the beginning xD that was so pretty though, well worth it. Bummed I missed it but fam this was 2am for me lol I'm in England. Also :eyes: sir. I get that dysmorphia is a thing but you're gorgeous. I think most people dislike the way they look or wish they looked more like someone else but there's always gonna be someone else wishing they looked more like you. Sorry I know you already know and you're squirmy about being complimented so please take this as reaffirmation that your negative self talk is just dysmorphia and not as a compliment. You weren't fishing you were just being real. Also I think I touched on this on your reaction vid to epi 4 but it's fun that you mention the "yeah yeah yeahs" that he doesn't sing in the live version - I know live vs recording is different but it nicely highlights the fact that Poison intentionally doesn't have space for you to breath, so by the end of it you're struggling and gasping, especially with Val's control being symbolized by smoke and choking. Lol I love how you smile every time you see/hear anything Polites related. Like someone just handed you a puppy. Also FML I want to do the stream where everything comes out at once but it starts at 2am for me lmao fuck me. Oh well that's why Monster exists. I love Addict but it's not just that it's a good song, it's the fact that we see Cherri helping Anthony bomb the fuck out of Val's place and then taking him back to HH, especially when you see it contrasted with how he rejects basic comfort from Charlie. Cherri might seem like a toxic friend because she encourages some unhealthy habits but she "gets it" - he's not in a place in the beginning of HH to accept a hug and someone to talk to about the shit he's going through with Valentino, he needs someone who loves his mask whilst knowing it's a mask. That's what makes Loser, Baby so powerful IMO, because that's when Husk does the same, he accepts the mask (which he's historically never done) and celebrates Angel in all his forms.
