You're all such wonderful people, and I will never be able to express how thankful I am for all the support and kind words.
As a way of showing my gratitude, I wanted to run another fun Q&A! But, you've already asked me a bunch of questions, haven't you? It would be boring to do that again. So, instead, I'll be giving the stage to Amara!
The rules are simple - she'll be answering all questions to the best of her ability (And I might check them for spoilers briefly if applicable). However, due to the nature of the story, I have to pick a moment in time. So, for this Q&A, all questions will be asked to Amara as she exists right now, just after Chapter 32. This does mean that, if you're not caught up to Ch. 32, there might be spoilers, so consider yourself warned.
(For the purposes of this, we're going to pretend that Amara isn't currently starving, otherwise her answers would be a little... stilted.)

There are a few ways to look at this Amara. One possible being perhaps in the passion she lost control to her baser intincts and "accidently" consumed the soul of your father and has since lived in regret. In order to hide who she is she would have to work hard to.ensure that she did not draw any undue attention such as financial sucess, etc....

She's sweet, caring, smart, and she never lets her good looks go to her head. It was almost intimidating getting to know her at first because she's practically a supermodel. Even after we... I mean, she has scars now, and yet they've done nothing to mask how pretty she is. After my transformation, and everything that happened on Halloween, I spent a lot of time wondering if the Vee I'd been hanging out with was the real person, or she she was actually this no-nonsense warrior who's sole purpose was to kill demons. Now that we're finally talking again, I'm seeing traces of the person she used to be, or I guess always was? It feels like her angelic heritage is this huge weight that she's been carrying around her entire life, and it's a little sad realizing just how much of her life has been defined by that. Once I began to see that part of her, I think I realized just how lost she seemed, like she wanted to use college as an excuse to discover who she might be apart from her nature, and then my stupid transformation ruined all of that for her. But, despite everything that's happened, she still keeps fighting, and she's impossibly brave. I can't imagine what it must be like to have all of Heaven's knowledge at your beck and call, only to turn around and make your own decisions about what's right and what's wrong. Like, the fact she's even willing to keep me around blows my mind, and I hope to one day have the chance to repay her kindness."

It's just as helpful in a fight as it is around the house, and I've been trying to slowly alter everything in my place to be more accessible for my tail. My coffee mugs have larger handles, I store lots of little things upright, things like that. I'd say close second would be my firepower. As frustrating as it is that hot showers don't really do it for me anymore, it's really cool that I'm always warm and comfortable. I also never have to bother with oven mitts, and I can keep all my food as hot as I want it, and cooking is so much fun! I could go on for hours, honestly."

I know you have a really good relationship with your mom, but is it possible that she might know more about your demonic heritage, either from her side of the family or your father's, and has either not had a chance to or has for some reason elected not to tell you about it? Is it even conceivable in your mind that your mom could also secretly be a demon? Sorry if this is an uncomfortable question, and feel free not to answer if it's too much so. It's just been stuck in the back of my brain and I was wondering if you'd even thought about it.

For the most part, we just spent a lot of time hanging out at each other's apartments. We would put on random old TV shows, do a bunch of homework, it was never anything groundbreaking. Whenever we did more exciting things, it was often with the whole group." "The one thing that probably sticks out the most would probably be the few times we wandered around town outside of campus. Aurelius is in the middle of a city that basically exists solely for the school, and quite a few of the nearby streets have areas that try to attract college students to spend their time and money there. In particular, there's a nice park that's pretty close to an ice cream place, and we went there once after finals. It was a nice way to cool down after the stressful week.
