So, as I'm sure most of you know, I'm currently in the process of preparing Suddenly A Succubus for publication! This means, of course, that I'll need to have a cool cover, right?
Well, have I got a treat for you!
I was able to work with a phenomenal artist who did a fantastic job, and I recently threw together the full cover!
Now, there are technically two versions of the cover. One has Amara with her wings, and one without. Currently, my plan is to use the version with the wings, as I think they're incredibly striking and a fantastic addition to her silhouette.
Nothing is official yet, and I can still make any changes I want. With that in mind, I would love to know what you all think! Not only on the art, but also the marketing blurb on the back of the book. I sometimes struggle to properly describe the vibe of the book, and I think I've found a solid summary.
The text of the marketing blurb is below, for ease of accessibility.

"Amara Lamour, a Sophomore at Aurelius University, finds losing her virginity to her best friend brings more challenges than a simple test of their friendship. The experience changes her body, and Amara finds herself wrestling with a surprise demonic awakening, having to disguise her newly sprouted tail and horns while navigating the demands of her increasingly unruly libido.
But there are greater threats to Amara than unexpected demonic urges: strange shifts are happening on campus, whose elegant buildings hide magic circles, illusory walls, and rune-cursed basements. To make matters worse, a holy warrior is hunting her down, intent on banishing her to a Hell she only just learned is very real, and her closest friends are keeping magical secrets of their own.
If she fails to adapt, she loses her life. If she changes too eagerly, she loses her humanity.
Who is Amara supposed to be?"

Additionally, I'll be adding a bit of extra text to the shop listings on all the sites where I'm selling this book. That text is included below. I'd love to hear if it feels like an appropriate representation of the book!

"Suddenly A Succubus is a gripping tale of self-discovery set in a thoroughly modern, if slightly more magical, American college campus. A colorful cast of characters, a dash of mystery, and a healthy helping of spicy adventure awaits our fledgling succubus in the first book of The Aurelius Archives. This series is intended for audiences 18 and older."

(Note: Since originally posting this, I received a request for a version of the image without any text on it. I have edited the original post to add those images in.)
