I would love it if Scanlan burping and talking to Thordak is an homage to Bilbo Baggins outwitting Smaug. The dragon was taken down through a weak point of the underbelly by a dark haired handsome character, that feels pretty spot on as well.

EVERYONE is connected to the Raven Queen in one way or another. She’s the neutral goddess of Death. Think of her as Charon. Guides souls to their resting place and oversees the threads of fate. She does not control them. Vax saw him pass on. And Kash understood he was dead once he saw her

2025-07-23 16:20:52 +0000 UTCAhhh what a crazy episode. I love hearing ur thoughts and you call so many things correctly haha. Sam had cancer during campaign 3. Not this one. That just happened like last year irl. Dnd is hard to translate cuz characters die *often* and resurrecting them is a part of the game but is tiring in a show (as you know). So sometimes to get the same story beats but not exhaust the “and they died again” button too much they do other stuff like major injury or coma. BrooOOOOO you have to look up Travis yelling “FIX HIM” at the table 😭😭😭😭 it’s soul shattering.
