It might be a conversation that happens eventually, but for now I think it's safe to safe Amara is pretty distracted by other things. Plus, she's not entirely a bastion of calm, collected decision-making at the moment XD

2025-05-13 13:47:58 +0000 UTCI really loved the new chapter! Vee and Amara need to hurry up and start dating already haha. I'm curious if the characters will discuss the interesting consent issues that come along with knocking boots in someone's dreams without prior coordination.

It may have only been in a dream, but I'll take whatever progress comes her way! 2) I like the continued implication that Amara is so powerful that it's hard for her to gauge how strong barriers are that she bypasses. "Not only did this particular dream take up more space in the Dreamscape, but Amara actually had a bit of trouble entering it." Could mean anything from lightly protected to locked up tighter than Alcatraz. 3) My assumption for the ending scene is that Amara wandered into Chloé's dream thinking it was her own. The dream was flimsy, her dream-bed-anchor wasn't there, and Chloé appeared as Amara transitioned from the Dreamscape to the Material Realm. My conclusion is that Chloé is trapped in some nonsensical space between planes, and Amara accidentally crossed paths with her somewhere between established places. And unfortunately Chloé doesn't seem to be doing much better than when we last saw her.
