July Update

With pride month, and my birthday, now behind me, it's time to look to the future!

July is a very exciting month, as I'm hoping to release my second book. The Aurelius Archives, Book Two: Circles of Chaos is the second book in the series I refer to online as Suddenly A Succubus. Here on Patreon, as well as on all sites I publish to, the story of this book is equivalent to Chapters 14-26. I won't be numbering them that way in the book, of course, they'll simply be labeled 1-13.

It's been a little challenging trying to prepare for publication now that I've got a more present side job. I'm going to be burning the midnight oil this whole month to try and be ready in time, and hopefully I don't miss my deadline.

If you haven't seen it already, in celebration of publication month, I'm running a membership discount! My base Tier, Curious Cultist, is normally only $3 USD a month, but for all of July that Tier will be half-off. In addition to that fun discount, I'll also be offering additional deals to anyone who buys and reviews Circles of Chaos online! Apart from publication, I'm planning on continuing my current writing pace. Suddenly A Succubus, Book Four, is entering its second half, and things are about to start heating up! I've got some big plans for the ends of the book, and let me tell me, I've had some fiery conversations with my Beta Readers about where things are heading.

This month also sees the public debut of my new book, Daughter of Damnation. This book is a standalone prequel to Suddenly A Succubus, and will show us more of the world while giving more depth and screen time to a certain mommy succubus. I'll be following her through two distinct periods of her life, one in 1938 and one in 2000. I'm trying something a little different with the structure of this narrative, and so far it's turning out really well.

Patrons also currently have access to a Character Prompt for Daughter of Damnation. This book is going to have a large cast of secondary and background character, and my Patrons get to pitch character ideas to fill out those roles! There's a TON of opportunity for you to pitch in, far more than any other story I've written, so I highly encourage you check out that prompt. I've also got a fun surprise cooking behind the scenes, but I can't say anything more about it until it's ready to go. Needless to say, being a Patron is about to get even cooler.
