My boyfriend's standard breakfast is a plate of cheesy scrambled eggs with spinach or kale served with mixed vegetables, such as potatoes, cucumbers, and/or tomatoes. This morning (or early afternoon), we had our eggs and greens with seasoned potatoes. I added a few extras to my plate: chopped green peppers and bacon bits. What do you think?
