Secret Grotto
Added 2018-04-09 09:49:44 +0000 UTCMy latest Finish-A-Sketch, which the 12 and 20 tiers voted on from my past sketch stream results to make into a colored image!
I like how this one came out, certainly more than the sketch. The original sketch was a little bland for my tastes, not a lot going on, lacking in composition. The addition of rainy weather, and fireplace in a resting area tells more of a story for me than simply "two members from rival tribes consummate their love". There's also a bit of symbolism in the paint washing off of them, which represents abandoning their groups to be together on their own.
I even added a touch of genetic sauce to hint at a future "blessing".
It's a little on the dark side, so the best way to view it might be as a desktop wallpaper, or perhaps in fullscreen.
