Tanta's Bargain (Character Concepts)

From left to right we have the Alpha of Tanta's tribe, then Tanta, then Marin (the bodyguard of the hunter's Alpha), and the Alpha of the hunter clan's envoy. It's pretty clear that the red marks are generally smaller than other wolves, too.

Hunting envoys travel south into warmer climates, and being that they're kind of out in the middle of nowhere, they tend to dress in basically nothing. Less things to pack and worry about washing.
