The case of the hot kimono being from the 1987 TMNT cartoon has April O’Neil tickled by Don Turtelli by one feather on one foot. Shiver Me Timbers is an old popeye cartoon from the 1920’s - 30’s (the era of rubber hose animation if I’m not mistaken. Olive Oyl (yes, that’s her name) is restrained by ghost pirates on an old pirate ship and is tickled by cats licking her feet as milk is dripping on her feet. So, are the gold stars metaphorical, or is that code for something else?
