Hello dear patrons! After technology disasters followed one after another, I finally found a stable way to get the vids off my camera (phone's camera broke recently, RIP) to edit and upload! I really appreciate your patience and the ongoing encouragement, and I hope to have made it worth the while with these videos!

I will be honest this last month has been difficult, along with the rest of this season.. I recently lost my grandfather and later my uncle's fiance to health complications. While I won't dump all the woes of it on you all, it has been a healthy reminder to take in the life around as it's all so precious and delicate..

I have also decided that 3 videos for the month may be a better goal for me for a season. I have been working through some depression and health stuff (old man joints it feels like) and so I just want to slow down and make sure I'm making the vids because I'm enjoying it! :) There will be a slight learning curve with the new camera, but I'm sure it'll be just as good as before.. hopefully better!

Thank you for your support! I'm gonna keep sculpting my dream physique and making vids for you all! hahaa
